As a result, we have redesigned the “ideal” tank by developing a new range we have named ROBUSTANK.
Available in 4 versions, the Robustank first and foremost meets our clients’ needs by carrying over the main advantages of its predecessor. The tank retains its cubic, versatile, and sturdy qualities that we have successfully provided over the years. However, thanks to our studies, we have made significant improvements to make it even more solid, more versatile, and safer.
Transport and storage tanks are relatively small equipment items on a traditional job site, so it’s important that they are easy to handle and maneuver so as not to interfere with site operations.
For this reason, Alorem designed the Robustank fuel tanks to be moved by forklift, like the old storage and transport tanks, but also by pallet jack, to make them easier to handle.
To reinforce them and make them more durable over time, Performance range Robustank tanks feature full-height galvanized corners and a reinforced galvanized base to protect them from impacts and potential damage during transport or handling.
Finally, to make replacing the fill opening easier in case of damage during refueling, it is now bolted and therefore interchangeable.
Another important aspect of the diesel/GNR/AdBlue site tank is its security. At Alorem, we understand the risks of theft and break-ins that can unfortunately occur on job sites and at the premises of our partners and clients. For this, we’ve introduced a major innovation by placing the inspection hatch (Essentiel range) or the manhole (Performance range and Compact) under a galvanized lid that can optionally be locked.
Previously, the fuel tank had a sloped pump housing open to the retention basin, which often caused fuel or debris to collect at the bottom; to keep the tank as clean as possible, the new Robustank models have rectangular pump housings that are closed off, making cleaning and draining much easier.
Lastly, Robustank can be equipped with a connected gauge that allows remote fuel level monitoring.
The 4 Robustank ranges are therefore designed to meet the needs of the sector:
- The Essentiel tank, available in 450L, 710L, and 924L, offers a functional and safe solution while remaining within a reasonable budget;
- The Performance tank, which combines versatility, robustness, and easy handling;
- To meet the need for storing different fuels on-site, Alorem introduces the mixed tank, with an internal compartment for storing AdBlue or other liquids required on the job site;
- Finally, the Compact range, designed to maximize space efficiency both during transport and within your premises.
